Анотація. У статті здійснено комплексний науковий аналіз освітнього простору
Ніжинського державного педагогічного інституту імені М.В. Гоголя у період «застою»
(1965 – 1985 рр.) з метою концептуалізації та визначення детермінуючого впливу
системної взаємодії процесів фемінізації і русифікації на кадрову, освітню та
соціокультурну динаміку функціонування закладу. Встановлено, що політика русифікації
трансформувалася від спорадичних обмежень до стратегічно спланованої фази асиміляції,
законодавчо закріпленої директивами 1973, 1978 та 1984 років. На рівні НДПІ лінгвоцидна
політика знайшла своє емпіричне підтвердження у дисбалансі підготовки педагогічних
кадрів. Зокрема, на філологічному факультеті, починаючи з 1970 року, чітко
простежувалася стійка кількісна перевага випускниць російського відділення над
українським, що свідчило про штучне стимулювання попиту на вчителів російської мови.
Крім того, політика «інтернаціоналізації» додатково цементувала НДПІ як осередок
уніфікації радянського культурно-освітнього простору. Дослідження підтверджує, що
фемінізація освітньої сфери була амбівалентним процесом. З одного боку, вона ідеологічно
обґрунтовувалася «жіночою емансипацією», а з іншого – була практичним механізмом
заповнення кадрового дефіциту у менш престижній галузі, дозволяючи мобілізувати
чоловічу робочу силу в технічні сфери. Протягом 1965–1985 рр. чисельність жіноквикладачок неухильно зростала. Гендерний розподіл був вибірковим: жінки домінували на
кафедрах, асоційованих із комунікативними, педагогічними та гуманітарними, тоді як
чоловіки переважали на адміністративних посадах та ідеологічно ключових кафедрах.
Кар’єрне зростання та наукова діяльність вимагали публічної лояльності, про що свідчить
високий відсоток членства викладачок у КПРС та ВЛКСМ. Ефективність інституту як
інструменту соціальної мобілізації забезпечувалася також позааудиторною роботою, яка
жорстко підпорядковувалася партійним установкам. Фінальним етапом реалізації
державної політики стало обов’язкове централізоване працевлаштування, що
використовувалося як механізм поширення російськомовних наративів через направлення
випускниць до віддалених регіонів РРФСР, Казахської та інших союзних республік. Стаття
доводить, що освітній простір Ніжинського державного педагогічного інституту імені
М.В. Гоголя у добу «застою» функціонував як інтегрована частина загальносоюзної
мережі, де процеси фемінізації та русифікації виступали системними та
взаємодоповнюючими механізмами радянської соціальної інженерії, спрямованими на
створення ідеологічно лояльного педагогічного корпусу та уніфікацію культурно-освітнього
простору СРСР.
